This pair of antique Chippendale style mahogany carver chairs have a matching set of four single chairs also on the site at the moment. This pair like the singles are in excellent condition & have very generous proportions. They are beautifully carved on the backs & on top of the legs. The central back splats have some interesting cut out designs & the front feet are nicely shaped. The drop in seats have just been re-upholstered in a cream fabric. The swept out shaped arms are also well carved & scroll over at the ends. These armchairs are actually a bit more than the four singles, however they are much more sought after, which is why I have separated the set.
