A wonderful pair of antique French salon armchairs, beautifully carved with a gilt finish & I would date them from around the 1930-1950’s period.

The quality is amazing & these chairs have stunning, crisp carving throughout. They are very well built, sturdy and comfortable.

The frames have some very minor surface wear here and there, and we have just had these re-upholstered in our cream cotton fabric; the condition is excellent for their age.
