A beautiful pair of antique French salon armchairs in solid walnut. They date from around the 1920-30’s.

The quality is fantastic, the frames are elegant and sturdy, with crisp floral carving. They have lovely proportions and are useful for a variety of settings around the home.

The condition is lovely for their age, the walnut has a lovely colour tone and patina. We have given them a clean and gentle polish, there is some minor surface wear to the frames in places, they are sturdy and sound. We have just had these re-upholstered in a cream cotton fabric.
