A fine pair of antique Georgian period mahogany console tables. They were made in England, they date from around 1790-1810.

The quality is superb, they are beautifully made from solid mahogany which has acquired a gorgeous colour tone and patina. They sit on beautifully turned tapered legs, there is satinwood banding around the lower frieze edges.

We have had these recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for their age. There are various small old marks and bumps beneath the polish here and there, commensurate for age.
