A fine pair of antique Swedish mahogany armchairs. They are in the classic Swedish empire style, they date from around the 1900-1920 period.

The quality is excellent, they have a gorgeous design with beautiful flame mahogany grain patterns. They stand on sabre shaped legs and have beautifully scrolled arm rests.

We have had them re-polished and the seats have been re-upholstered in a cream cotton fabric. The condition is excellent for their age, with just some minor wear and patina remaining beneath the polish here and there.
