A fantastic set of six antique walnut dining chairs in the Queen Anne style. They were made in England, and they date from around the 1900-1910 period.
The quality is outstanding, they are extremely well made and beautifully designed. They have solid walnut construction, with stunning burr walnut veneers on the back rests. The cabriole legs are elegant yet very sturdy, and are held together by nicely turned stretchers. The carvers have lovely shepherds crook arm rests and are slightly bigger than the side chairs, the seat heights are all the same.
We have had these recently re-polished and the drop in seats have been re-upholstered in a cream cotton fabric. The condition is excellent for their age.
