An absolutely stunning antique side table, beautifully carved and inlaid with marquetry. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1910-20’s period.

It is of incredible quality, the profuse marquetry on the top and round the drawer edges is beautifully executed. The main table is made from walnut, the marquetry is satin wood, which contrasts beautifully. There is fabulous carving around the edges, the cabriole legs have a fantastic shape with scrolled feet. The drawers are very well constructed with fine hand cut dovetailed joints, the original brass tear drop handles are also of very fine quality.

We have recently had this re-polished, there is plenty of character and some light wear remaining beneath the polish here and there.
