A wonderful antique Victorian tripod chess table complete with vintage chess pieces. This table dates from around the 1880’s period and the chess pieces look like they are roughly 100 years old or more.

This is of excellent quality, it is elegantly designed and beautifully made. The table base is solid walnut, the top and board area are inlaid walnut, satin wood and rosewood. When not used as a games table this can also double up as a useful occasional side table.

We have had the table restored and re-polished, it is in lovely condition for its age. The pieces come in their original box which is also nicely made with exposed dovetailed joints. All pieces are present and also in good condition.
