A stunning pair of antique French oval side tables with parquetry tops. They were made in France, and I would date the from around the 1920-30’s period.

The quality is superb, they are extremely well made and are a useful size. They would be perfect as bedside tables or as side tables in a lounge setting. The backs are nicely finished, so they can be used as a free standing items. The oval tops have segmented parquetry, we’re not quite sure of the wood but it is likely walnut or king wood. Each table has a single drawer and extremely fine quality gilt bronze mounts throughout.

We have had them recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for their age.
