A beautiful pair of antique French style side tables in gilt metal and glass. They were made in London by a company called castcraft, they date from around the 1930’s.

They are beautifully made and are a very useful size. The shaped glass tops are held in place with screw down decorative caps. One of the tables is very slightly different, with a drop down fixture on each side under the glass, apart from that they are absolutely identical in shape and size.

The condition is excellent for their age, with only some extremely minor wear here and there. Both tables have a makers mark seen beneath the frame.
