Pair of Antique Deep Buttoned Leather Wing Back Armchairs£2,250.00 + VAT
This large pair of comfortable antique deep buttoned leather wing armchairs have a real character look with the original naturally distressed leather. They are completely deep buttoned inside the chairs & hand tacked all over. These wing chairs have generous wide proportions, with hump backs & well shaped wings. The legs are mahogany & have four cross stretchers which help give more stability to the frames. There is a fair bit of wear & ageing on the leather, but nothing major & they are good to use. We have just had them professionally revived & polished. Please enlarge all the images to see the condition for yourselves. If you like you antiques to look new, then these aren't for you. I would date these wing armchairs to around the 1890-1910 period.

Antique Mahogany Astral Glazed Display Cabinet£1,450.00 + VAT
This antique mahogany display cabinet could also be used as a bookcase, by changing the glass shelves to wood & we could arrange that quite easily. It's extremely fine quality & has some very intricate details. Please enlarge all the images to see the entire cabinet in detail. The two top edges are carved & the corners are carved all the way down to the claw & ball feet. It's also carved all along the base & even the astral-glazing which is a spectacular design has fine carvings too. There are three doors which are flame mahogany with locks. The inside is also polished & there are glass shelves, which like I mentioned could be used as a template to make mahogany shelves to hold books. This cabinet is in excellent condition & dates from around the 1910 period. It's one of the finest quality cabinets I've had & the attention to detail is amazing.

They are in great condition & date from around the 1860-80's period. The side rails have a very interesting shape & they sit on sabre shaped legs. Personally, I think they would look very good at the end of a double bed, but they could have many other uses in the home.

Inside the two cupboards are three sliding trays. The drawers in the base are finely dovetailed & all work well. I particularly like the curved middle section above the drawer section which the cupboard sits inside of. This linen press has a good original look, with natural fade in places & also has a very stylish design. It separates into three sections – cornice, top cupboards & the drawer section.

The frame has intricate carving on the back & fluted legs. Like the rest of this suite the gilded frame is in original condition with the red showing through beneath the gilt work, which gives it loads of character. I would date this sofa to around the 1850's period & I believe the fabric could also be original. It obviously needs re-upholstery & we can arrange that for you if you like, or you can buy as is. We would rather sell the whole set together, but they are being offer separately at the moment.

Antique William IV Rosewood Dining Table£1,750.00 + VAT
This antique William IV rosewood dining table has to be one of the nicest ones I've come across. It's all original, extremely fine quality & in excellent condition. The pattern of the rosewood veneers on the top are stunning & very unusual. The central round column has that typical William IV tulip pattern carving at the base & it's deeply carved. This sits on a triangular platform base with carved & scrolled feet with concealed casters. The circular top can be flipped up so it stands in the corner of the room showing of the beautifully patterns. It can also be taken off for easy transportation. This table dates to around the 1830-37 period. Please don't under estimate the quality of this table. It's very well made piece, solid & heavy. It will comfortably seat four people & a friendly six, because there are no corner legs to get in the way.

These have to be one of the nicest pairs of antique leather armchairs I’ve ever had. They have such generous proportions & the old leather is beautifully aged. They are also in great condition & I would date them to around the 1890-1910 period. These armchairs are pair, although one is a little bit larger than the other, however they are both still very large. They are Swedish & the leather is original. I saw them before they were polished & the leather was completely faded out, so they were hand coloured & have come out looking fantastic. The backs & arms are deep buttoned like a Chesterfield with the original insides & the cushions are feather filled. Please enlarge all the images. They look just as good from the back as the front.
