Payments
We accept most forms of payment such as credit and debits cards, bank transfers and cash payments.

Shipping
We deliver nationwide and worldwide.
Export Wrapping, Crating, Full Insurance & Door to Door Delivery can be arranged through our trusted shipping partners. To obtain a free shipping quote, please contact us to discuss the item you wish to purchase and the destination it is to be delivered to.

We undertake some London deliveries in house with our own drivers. However, in most cases, we outsource delivery and the delivery contract is between a customer and a delivery company. Our couriers are all fully insured in the highly unlikely case items are damaged in transit.

Delivery is quoted to curbside, safety of the item is the couriers responsibility until it leaves their van at the delivery destination.

As a courtesy, our couriers in the UK will always help to carry items inside the property for you. It is your responsibility to ensure the couriers safety in your property and the safety of the goods once taken off the van.

Delivery is normally carried out by oneman so will require assistance at your end if it is a large and heavy item. If a twoman delivery is required that can be requested and there may be a small additional cost.

International shipping is always quoted to curbside, unless requested otherwise. All international shipping quotes are subject to insurance excess and exclude VAT / duties / GST.

Returns & Refunds
In line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, we offer our customers a 14day refund policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please, notify us by email and return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for paying for the return postage unless the item is faulty.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, we recommend you to use a reliable shipping company to have the item fully insured and adequately protected in transit back to us.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will examine it for any damage which was no t present when the item was dispatched to you.

We strongly advise that you take photographs of your item prior to dispatch back to us, so you could make a claim against your postal insurance for any losses due to damage in transit, if necessary.
 
If during our assessment of your return we discover damage to the item which was not present when the item was dispatched to you, we will make an assessment of how much the item value has decreased by and will deduct this from any refund.
 
Please, note that bespoke custommade items cannot be returned or refunded.
 
Storage

We will store purchased items for up to 6 weeks free of charge unless agreed otherwise. After 6 weeks you will be charged a storage fee of 10% of a total value of the goods for next 10 weeks. Afterwards we reserve the right to dispose of your items.
