Pair of antique deep buttoned leather & mahogany ‘slipper’ armchairs’ in good condition. The leather upholstery has a wonderful original colour & loads of character. It’s deep buttoned & hand tacked onto the mahogany frames. These chairs are Regency style & I would date them to around the 1930’s period. They have roll over padded arms & sabre legs back & front, with cross stretchers between the legs, giving them more stability. It’s very rare to find these armchairs in pairs & even rarer to find in such good original condition.
