A stunning Art Deco period scalloped back armchair. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1920-30’s.

The quality is outstanding, this is beautifully designed and is very comfortable. The legs are walnut and have beautifully shaped edges. The seat is upholstered in a lovely teal velvet which is mostly in excellent condition. There are no stains and only some minor surface wear, with a tiny bit of fraying to the piping on the upper back side.

Overall this is in lovely condition for its age.
