A beautiful and very striking Art Deco walnut and leather bookcase / console table by Waring and Gillows. This was made in England, it dates from the 1930’s.

It is of superb quality, with a very useful design. It is slim and low, perfect for use as a side / console table, with lots of storage for books and objects. There is a single drawer at the top, the three tiers are black leather and this stands on a recessed stepped plinth base.

We have had the wood stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the black leather has all been replaced. The condition is superb throughout.
