A charming antique Georgian period oil painting of a horse. This is English, we would date it from around the 1790-1810 period.

It is a wonderful subject, and being extremely old shows various signs of historical wear and patina. Overall it presents very nicely, with no damage to the canvass. There appears to be a faded artists signature on the lower left corner.
