A very well made and very smart antique slim mahogany open bookcase in the Georgian style. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1950’s.

It is of superb quality and is a very useful narrow size, that still offers lots of storage space. The shelves sit on brass supports and are all removable / adjustable. This sits on a plinth base, the front edges and fronts of the shelves are grooved, this has a lovely overhanging cornice at the top with inlaid satin wood in the centre.

We have had this recently revived and re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
