A smart and very stylish pair of antique mahogany open bookcases. These were made in England & I would date them from around the 1930-50’s period.

They have a simple yet very handsome design, with a mahogany construction and brass military style carrying handles on the sides. These bookcases sit on bracket feet and have adjustable shelves.

We have recently had them re-polished, the condition is very good for their age. They retain a beautiful colour and patina, with plenty of character.
