A beautiful and very well made pair of antique open bookcases in mahogany. They are in the neo-classical style, and were made in England, around the 1950’s period.

The quality is superb and they are a very useful size. There are lovely ormolu mounts depicting classical figures, and these sit on original brass casters.

We have had these recently re-polished, they are in excellent condition for their age. There is just some light wear here and there beneath the polish, with a beautiful overall patina.
