A charming and useful antique burr walnut chest on chest of drawers. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1890-1910 period.

It is of super quality and is a lovely, petite size. The burr walnut grain patterns are stunning, the drawers and drawer fronts are cross banded with inlaid double herringbone borders. The drawers have beautifully detailed brass teardrop handles and fine, hand cut dovetailed joints. This sits on cabriole legs, the top lifts off the base for ease of transport.
