A wonderful antique burr walnut chest on legs in the Georgian style. This was made in England, it was adapted from a larger antique chest at some point that would have originally dated from the 19th century.

It is nicely made and has stunning burr walnut grain patterns. The drawer fronts and tops are finely cross banded, this has lovely brass hardware and stands on cabriole legs.

This has been re-polished, it is in excellent condition for its age. This is one of a matched pair that we have, the other is slightly wider and is seen listed under our other items for sale.
