A stunning antique French inlaid parquetry commode, dating from around the 1910-1920 period.

This is of outstanding quality, it is a lovely and useful size. There are fabulous inlaid geometric parquetry patterns on the top and drawer fronts, with beautifully cross banded edges. There is a brass rim around the top edge, there are also high quality gilt bronze mounts and handles. There is plenty of storage in the generous drawers, which have fine, hand cut dovetailed joints.

We have had this re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is excellent for its age.
