A beautiful antique Georgian style yew wood chest on chest of drawers. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1930’s.

The quality is superb, this is a lovely compact size, yet offers plenty of storage space. There are six graduated drawers with a further two smaller drawers at the top, all with lovely brass handles. There is inlaid satin wood banding on the drawer fronts and on the top, this stands on bracket feet.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age. The yew wood has a gorgeous mellow colour tone and patina, with wonderful grain patterns.
