A gorgeous antique yew wood Wellington chest of drawers. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1950’s.

The quality is outstanding, this a large and useful size, with lots of storage space. As with all Wellington chests, this has a hinged panel on the right hand sides that locks to hold all the drawers in place. There are lovely pierced brass handles on the drawers, this stands on nicely shaped bracket feet.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age, with some minor wear and patina here and there. The yew wood has acquired a gorgeous colour tone over the years.
