A very well made and great looking yew wood desk in the antique Georgian style. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1950’s.

It is a great size and is of very good quality. The yew wood has a lovely colour tone and beautiful grain patterns, which contrast nicely with the inset green leather top. There are high quality brass handles and escutcheons, this sits on tapered legs terminating in spade feet and has a polished back, so can be used as a free standing item.

We have had this re-polished, it is in excellent condition for its age.
