A superb and very impressive antique Victorian partners desk / library writing table in mahogany. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1840-1860 period.

It is a great size, and of amazing quality. The top has a beautiful inset gold tooled leather writing surface, this has two drawers on each side, and looks identical front and back. The solid mahogany legs are very bold and terminate in original brass casters.

We have had this recently polished to a very high standard, the condition is excellent for its age, with plenty of character and patina remaining.
