An absolutely stunning antique French carved gilt wood settee. This was made in France, it dates from around the 1890-1910 period.

It is of amazing quality, with beautiful and intricate carving throughout. It is a lovely size, it is sturdy and comfortable for two. This has a gorgeous shape sitting on beautifully carved legs, the back, sides and seat base are all beautifully designed in the Rococo manner.

We have had the frame gently cleaned and revived, this has been fully re-upholstered in a cream cotton fabric. The condition is excellent for its age, with just various minor surface wear and natural patina to the gilt frame.
