A superb antique Victorian oak and leather swivel desk chair by James Shoolbred. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1880-1900 period.

The frame is beautifully made from solid oak, with an upholstered leather back and arms. It is very sturdy and comfortable, the seat swivels nicely on the base.

We have had this cleaned and wax polished, it is in very good condition, with some small marks and patina here and there remaining beneath the polish, commensurate for age.
