An absolutely gorgeous antique William IV rosewood and leather adjustable piano stool. This was made in England, it dates from around 1830-1840.

It is of outstanding quality, it is a beautifully designed and practical item. The leather circular top swivels and raises up on a sturdy and extremely well made thread. It stands on a stunning platform base, with crisp carving including hairy paw feet with brass casters beneath. The rosewood grain patterns and colour tones are extremely beautiful.

We have had this cleaned and revived, it is in superb original condition, with just the right amount of patina and slight wear. It is very study and structurally sound, with no damage.
