Antique William IV mahogany reclining armchair, dating from around the 1830-40’s period is in very good original condition, with a very clever mechanism that allows for a couple of different reclining positions. It’s very comfortable, with good back support & has just been re-upholstered in our regular cream natural cotton fabric. The front turned legs have those typical incised William IV carved patterns & all the legs sit on the original brass casters. The side of the front is stamped G. Minter 33 Gerrard St Soho, who I should imagine were the makers.
