Another pair of antique Swedish Satin Birch upholstered armchairs that have just arrived from Sweden. We have just had them French polished & re-upholstered in our regular cream cotton fabric, so they are in excellent condition & very comfortable. The Satin Birch has that beautiful light & dark silky grain. The frames have some nice curves & some subtle carvings. These chairs date from around the 1900-20’s period & they are high quality like most of the Swedish furniture we handle.
