Pair of antique Regency mahogany window seats that can be sold separately if so wished for roughly half the price. They are extremely high quality & in perfect condition having just been French polished & re-upholstered. The drop in seats can be taken out, so wouldn’t cost a lot to recover. The ends are really nice, with rope twist top rails & tulip design middle rails. They sit on sabre legs & are quite elegant. These are quite unique stools which may have been adapted at some point & they date to around the 1830 period. They are almost a cross over between the Regency & William IV period.
