A beautiful and very well made antique writing table / escritoire, in the Sheraton style. It has lovely small proportions & was made in England, it dates from around the 1950-60’s.

The quality is superb, this has an elegant design, yet is very sturdy and strong. The mahogany has a gorgeous colour tone, with high quality brass mounts throughout. The sabre shaped legs are supported by a stretchered base, there is lots of storage space and this has a beautiful inset leather writing surface.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
