A fantastic original late Victorian period occasional table in mahogany. It’s Chippendale style, made in England & dates from around the 1890’s period.
This would make a very useful occasional table or could even be used as an entry way centre table. The quality is outstanding, this is solid mahogany throughout and is finely constructed. There are strong cabriole legs that terminate in claw and ball feet, and the knees have crisp acanthus leaf carving. The top and lower tier have beautifully gadrooned edges.
We have recently had this re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is excellent throughout for its age.
