An absolutely stunning antique French inlaid marquetry card / console table, dating from the 1950’s.

The quality is outstanding, this has a gorgeous design with lots of nice features. The wood is predominantly walnut, with wonderful floral inlays of satinwood and various other woods. There are extremely high quality ormolu mounts throughout, the back of this is also very nicely finished. It is a perfect size for use as a console table, the top swivels round and flips open to reveal a baize lined playing surface with internal storage.

The condition is excellent for its age, it is beautifully polished with only some extremely minor wear to some edges here and there.
