A gorgeous antique French inlaid marquetry occasional side table, dating from around the 1880-1890 period.

This is of extremely fine quality, it is predominantly walnut, with fantastic gilt bronze mounts. The top has a cross banded edge, with gorgeous floral marquetry around the border and in the centre. There is a useful lower tier, this is nicely finished on all sides, so can be used as a free standing item.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age. There are just some very small marks here and there remaining beneath the polish, commensurate for age.
