A beautiful and elegant antique inlaid mahogany leather top writing / side table. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1920’s.

It is of extremely fine quality with a gorgeous and useful design. This is a great size to be used as a small desk or as a console side table. It stands on fluted sabre shaped legs, the mahogany has lovely satin wood inlays throughout. The brass handles on the drawers have intricate details and are designed as lions heads. The top is cross banded and the drawers have fine, hand cut dovetailed joints. There is a gorgeous inset tooled leather writing surface, and the back of this is nicely finished, so it can be used as a free standing item.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is superb throughout, with just some minor wear and patina to be seen on the leather.
