A smart and very well made antique Regency Period mahogany tilt top table. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1800-1820 period.
It is of excellent quality, it is made from thick and beautifully constructed solid mahogany. The rectangular top can tilt upwards to save space, it is held in place by a brass catch mechanism and it stands on a splayed tripod base. This is a great size to be used as an occasional side table or even as a four seat dining table.
We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age, with just some normal age related wear and patina seen beneath the polish.
