A stunning quality antique French Empire mahogany mirrored back console table, dating from around the 1820-1840’s period.

It is of lovely proportions and is beautifully designed. The mahogany top is cross banded and has those typical French moulded edges. There is a single drawer, and the scroll over legs have a gorgeous, sweeping design with paw feet. The back has the original mirror between the drawer and the base, which is a great feature.

The mahogany has a lovely colour tone and patina, and this is in excellent condition for its age, having just been re-polished.
