A superb antique William IV period rosewood and brass side table. This was made in England, it dates from around 1830-1840.

It is of amazing quality, the rosewood top has a brass rim around the edge, it is supported by a turned, fluted and carved baluster column terminating in a platform base. The base has brass inlaid edges and stands on scrolled feet.

The rosewood grain patterns and colour tones are gorgeous, we have had this stripped and re-polished to a high standard. The condition is excellent, with some minor wear and patina remaining here and there beneath the polish.
